President
Graduate of University of Florida’s School of Building Construction

Mr. Register has over 30 years of experience in the roofing and construction industry. He is certified in the State of Florida as a General Contractor and Roofing Contractor. His expertise includes project management, estimating, and working with owners/owner’s representatives to develop the right roofing system for their facility. He has extensive knowledge in developing a roofing system for their building team and then setting its budget. Mr. Register’s presence is well known throughout of the roofing industry is felt throughout the state. He is the immediate past (2007) President of The Florida Roofing & Sheet Metal Association.

Joanne G. Register

Vice President
Graduate of Valdosta State College – Bachelor’s in Accounting

Mrs. Register has 25 years of experience in the roofing and construction industry. She is responsible for the business and financial areas of the company as well as formerly owned and operated company for 19 years. She has vast experience in job cost accounting. Mrs. Register has intricate hands-on knowledge of the roofing industry from both field and office perspective. She formed a Bahamian company in July 2002 to perform a $1.3 million project for Four Seasons Resort. She personally managed this company, both field and office, for the 18 months in Exuma.

Bill Gibbs

General Manager
Graduate of University of Georgia B.S. in Administration

Bill Has 25 years experience in the construction industry.  11 of those years with J. Register & Register Contracting.  Bill’s experience extends an additional 10 years managing multi-million dollar roofing projects from Caribbean Islands to North Carolina. Bill also has over 10 years experience in Roof CAD technical drawings.  Member of Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Association and BOMA.

Douglas Parker

Service Division Manager

Mr. Parker has 30 years experience in the field of roofing and sheet metal. He manages the roofing service, maintenance and service division of the company. Mr. Parker provides years of experience with each client in determining roofing problems for correction or identifying potential roofing problems before they occur. His experience started in the sheet metal area, growing from an apprentice upwards to General Superintendent. He became Service Division manager four years ago and has worked with the Registers for 12 years.

Pat Duggan

Service Coordinator

Ms. Duggan is Service Coordinator for the company. She has 27 years experience in office administration. Ms. Duggan has years of experience dispatching and scheduling service technicians. Pat takes great pride in seeing that each customer’s need is met in a timely manner. She has been with the Registers for 5 years.
